Black Hills Gold Jewelry by Coleman has a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.  We will repair or replace your piece with an identical piece based on our examination of it once it's returned to us.  The customer is responsible for cost of shipping of the returned item.  Coleman does not accept returns for any reason other than a warranty issue, therefore Grape Leaf Gold likewise does not accept returns.  Grape Leaf Gold does not offer refunds at this time.
